Draw terms and conditions

  • Promotion: Enter for your chance to win an Apple iPad Pro 11”
  • Entry is open to all individuals (other than IFYS employees) who submit a valid entry.
  • Entry is to be completed, on site at the event, by scanning the QR Code directing to fostercare.com.au.
  • One entry per person only.
  • Entries close at the final buzzer of the Cairns Taipans game on Wednesday 23 September 2026.
  • Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
  • One winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all valid entries received.
  • The prize consists of one Apple iPad Pro 11”
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • The winner will be contacted on Thursday 24 September 2026 using the contact details provided in their entry.
  • Winners may be under 18 years of age; however, the prize must be collected by a parent or legal guardian.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, a redraw will occur.
  • Any redraw will be conducted by random electronic draw from the remaining eligible entries.
  • By entering, participants consent to IFYS using their name, likeness and/or voice in any media, for an unlimited period and without remuneration, for the purpose of promoting the Promotion, IFYS and/or IFYS’ services; and will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • Personal information will be collected, stored and managed in accordance with IFYS’ Privacy Policy.
  • IFYS reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  • If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as planned, whether caused or contributed to by weather, technical failures or any other cause or circumstance whether beyond IFYS’ control or otherwise which may affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or lawful conduct of the Promotion, IFYS may cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or postpone the Promotion at its sole discretion and without publishing any reason therefor.
  • IFYS’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
