Complaints, Feedback and Appeals Policy

IFYS is committed to ensuring that everyone who interacts with IFYS Foster Care has the right to provide compliments, feedback, complaints or make an appeal in relation to an interaction or a service they receive. This is in accordance with the Complaints Feedback and Appeals Policy.

We are committed to doing the right thing by you by either receiving positive feedback to further improve on the services delivered or resolving your complaint. We will keep any information you provide us confidential.

Once we have received your feedback, and if you have selected to be contacted, we will keep in you informed as to the progress and any actions we take as a result. We will check in with you at the end to make sure you are satisfied with the outcome.
